As we continue through this transitional season as a church, it is more important than ever that we are intentionally leaning in and reaching out to extend love and care to others within our church family.

One of the most important ways that we care for each other as followers of Jesus is through prayer. But in order to know how to pray for each other, we need to know what is going on in the lives of others within our congregation.

To make that possible, we invite you to be a part of our prayer community at Evergreen. By signing up on the form below, you will receive emails with prayer needs and praise reports from within our congregation as they come up. This will help us to keep you in the loop when people from our church family are going through different kinds of challenges or life transitions. Our hope is this communication will provide the opportunity for everyone to pray for each other and support each other in times of need, and to celebrate together in times of joy.
