Life Transformations ministries focus on helping people grow in their relationships with God and others across every stage of life. For kids and youth, this means creating fun and engaging, age-appropriate spaces where they can discover God’s love, grow as disciples of Jesus, and build meaningful connections with others.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS (Adult)
- Help confirm attendance, complete/assist with check-out, paging parents when needed.
- Building relationships with children, Jr Helpers and parents.
- Review materials ahead and be prepared to teach the lesson.
SUNDAY SCHOOL HELPERS (Adult)
- Confirm attendance, assist/complete check-out.
- Crowd control during lessons.
- Build relationships with children, Jr Helpers and parents.
JR. HELPERS (grades 5-12)
- w direction of adult leaders.
- Help with crafts/play-doh, and playing with the children.
- Teach mini lesson if instructed.
HALL MONITORS/GREETERS
- Greet people with a smile as they arrive at Evergreen Sunday mornings.
- Confirm attendance and ensure classrooms have the support needed.
- Run children to the washroom, get parents when needed from sanctuary.
- Assist with directing parents to correct rooms at dismissal and pick-up.
ODD JOB HELPERS
- Someone who loves to help with little tasks as needed.
- Putting together craft supplies, assembling curriculum bins (sorting materials).
