Worship & Tech Teams

Serve with the Worship & Tech Teams!

The Worship and Tech Teams lead our congregation in worship on Sunday mornings and at special events. The Worship Team uses music to help draw people into God’s presence, while the Tech Team supports with sound, projection, and streaming so everyone can fully participate both in person and online.

WORSHIP TEAM MEMBERS

  • The Worship Team helps people encounter God through music and join together in heartfelt worship. Those who serve use their instrument or voice to help lead the congregation, committing to a midweek practice, Sunday morning rehearsal, and the Sunday service. Team members should be reasonably proficient musically. Practices are designed to build both musical and spiritual unity.

LIVE STREAM TECH

  • Live Stream Technicians help those who can’t attend in person stay connected by making the service available online. Serving in this role involves setting up and troubleshooting cameras, adjusting angles, and operating the Mac computer to mix sound. During the service, you’ll monitor the stream, and be ready to handle technical issues so the online service runs smoothly.

SOUND & PROJECTION TECH

  • Sound & Projection Technicians serve in the sound booth to support worship and teaching on Sunday mornings. They operate the soundboard, mix audio for the worship team, and troubleshoot sound issues. They also run the projection computer, advancing slides for songs and speakers, and ensuring the visuals display properly both in-house and on the livestream.
