The Spiritual Formation Ministry helps cultivate a culture of prayer, discipleship, and spiritual growth at Evergreen. Through practices, gatherings, and resources, this ministry invites our church family to grow deeper in life with Jesus, both individually and together.
SPECIAL EVENTS & RETREATS
- Work with a team and the Deacon of Spiritual Formation to plan retreats, workshops, and gatherings that encourage prayer, reflection, and deeper connection with God.
- Serving in this role means working with others to create meaningful opportunities for people to grow in their relationship with Jesus while supporting Evergreen’s vision for discipleship and spiritual growth.
SPIRITUAL FORMATION TEAM
- Gather regularly with others who are passionate about spiritual formation to discern opportunities for spiritual formation at Evergreen.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of practices, events, and resources.
- Pray together and stay attentive to the Spirit’s leading for the spiritual growth of the church.
