The Missions Ministry helps extend the good news of God’s Kingdom by supporting local outreach and global missionary partnerships. Those who serve in this area foster connection with our partners, create opportunities to learn how God is at work through them, and help plan and mobilize outreach initiatives that invite Evergreen to join in God’s mission.
CHRISTMAS OUTREACH TEAM
- The Christmas Outreach Team helps Evergreen share the love of Jesus in practical ways during the Christmas season. Those who serve in this area help plan giving opportunities, support promotion and setup, collect and organize donated items, and assist with delivery or distribution to bless individuals and families in need.
PRAYER & CONNECTION TEAM
- The Missionary Prayer and Connection Team comes alongside Evergreen-supported missionaries by gathering regularly to review updates, pray, and offer missionaries encouragement and support. This team also serves as a link between our missionaries and the congregation, helping the whole church stay connected to God’s work around the world.
DONATION STATION
- The Donation Station ministry helps meet practical needs in our community by coordinating and carrying out pick-ups and deliveries. Those who serve may collect items from donors, deliver them to individuals or families in need, and help organize the flow of donations so generosity can be shared where it’s needed most.
FIRST SERVING
- First Serving is an opportunity to share the love of Jesus with those in need in our community. Those who serve help prepare food, serve meals, assist with clean-up, and spend time with guests, creating a warm and welcoming space where everyone feels cared for and valued.
