Life Transformations ministries focus on helping people grow in their relationships with God and others across every stage of life. Through discipleship opportunities, gatherings, and relational connections, this ministry invites Evergreeners to journey together, be formed by Jesus, and live out their faith in everyday life. The service opportunities on this handout focus on adult discipleship.
LONG-TERM LIFE GROUP LEADERS
- Provide ongoing leadership for a Life Group that meets regularly throughout the year. Help guide meaningful conversation, foster community, and walk with others in their journey of following Jesus.
SHORT-TERM LIFE GROUP LEADERS
- Lead a group for a set number of weeks around a specific study or topic. Short-term groups create space for people to grow in faith, build relationships, and engage Scripture together without a long-term commitment.
ACTIVITY GROUP LEADERS
- Lead a group around a shared hobby or interest, such as hiking, crafts, or sports. These groups create opportunities for people to connect, build relationships, and enjoy community through fun and meaningful activities.
AROUND THE TABLE HOSTS
- Host a monthly gathering on the first Sunday of the month where people connect over shared food and conversation. With resources provided to guide discussion on the Fruit of the Spirit, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming space for relationships and spiritual growth.
