Help make this year’s Fair Trade Sale at First Baptist Church a success!
Volunteers play a key role in creating a welcoming space where visitors can explore handcrafted goods from over 30 countries, from jewellery and pottery to coffee, tea, toys, and Christmas décor.
Opportunities include:
- Setup (Thursday, Oct. 30, 1–4 PM): Prepare tables, unpack and display products, and organize supplies.
- Sale Volunteers (Friday, Oct. 31: 10 AM-12 PM, 12-3 PM, 3-6 PM; Saturday, Nov. 1: 10 AM-12 PM, 12-3 PM): Welcome and chat with customers, keep displays organized, answer questions, and help wrap items for checkout. (No cash handling required!)
- Takedown (Saturday, Nov. 1: 3–4 PM): Repack products, remove signage and tablecloths, and tidy up the space.
