Summer is here, and with it comes all kinds of opportunities for fun, connection, and community! At Evergreen, we’ve got a full lineup of simple ways to stay connected this summer, and you can find all the details on this page. Take a look, mark your calendar, and jump in wherever it fits!

Whether it’s a backyard BBQ or bonfire, board game night, nature walk, or outdoor movie, we’re looking for people who are interested in hosting or leading simple, informal gatherings this summer.

Join us after the service each Sunday this summer for Ice Cream Sundays in the gazebo! Enjoy a cool treat, connect with others, and take a few extra minutes to relax together. Beginning June 21 and continuing through Labour Day weekend.

Stay after the service for hamburgers, hot dogs, and a time of connection, community, and fun! Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. Bring a fruit or veggie tray, or chips to share if you are able. Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets and drinks for your family.

(Please note the church is nut free and chickpea free facility. Please also avoid any latex food coverings.)

Fiction Readers Book Chat meet up!

Come together to read a fun summer themed Christian fiction novel by Katie M. Reid called "A Very Bavarian Summer". Participants will need to purchase their own copy of the book.

If 5 or more individuals do so, the author Katie will pop in virtually to our book chat.

Everyone is welcome to attend even if they don't read through the whole book.

This is the 2nd book in the series, but reading the first is not needed to enjoy the story.

Join us for six weeks of relaxed summer fun at Jan Smith’s home. Bring your own favourite drink, enjoy a dip in the pool, and spend time connecting with other women.
